Stafford County offers multiple gymnastics classes for all ages 6 days per week. Many of the Royals Gymnasts began their gymnastics careers in the front portion of our gym in these classes. Some girls enroll out of curiosity or just to have fun. Director Angela Regan and her staff focus on fundamentals but realize that kids need to be kids and also have fun. They are very sucessful in introducing the fun of gymnastics and many of the vital introductory gymnastics skills are carefully instilled in young aspiring gymnasts long before a girl joins the Stafford Royals.

Developmental
Girls, ages 4-10. For gymnasts who have been recognized through testing and evaluation to have potential for developing into the team competitive level. Two days per week for one to three hours, depending on the level of development. There are no competitions at these levels. For evaluation dates, please call 658-5115.
Adaptive Gymnastics
These classes are designed specifically for children with disabilities. Led by a local pediatric trained instructor, classes will help children improve gross motor and motor planning skills. Parents may be asked to assist children. In addition to the registration, parents are asked to
complete a current Participant Information form that will be given to you upon registration. Please call 658-5115 for registration information.

~ New ~ Adult Gymnastics Class
You are never too old to do gymnastics! This adult class is open to anyone 18 years and over, and we will teach the basics of gymnastics, stretching, and strength building. Ages 18+; Fri; 6:30-8 PM; $68; pre-registration required. Contact the gymnastics center at 658-5115 for more information.

Many of our gymnastics programs have online registration available through Reggie, the online registration program for Stafford County Parks and Recreation. For programs not listed with Reggie (or if you prefer to register in person), please register at the Stafford Gymnastics & Recreation Center.
Advanced registration is required; please call ahead for space availability. Our office hours are Mon-Fri, 8 AM-7:30 PM & Sat, 8 AM-Noon.

Fees are due week 3 of previous session for continuing students. If tuition is not paid by the end of class on week 4, you risk losing your placement in class, and a $5 late fee will be assessed. Late fees do not apply to new students. Yearly registration fee is $24 per student; (prorated to $12 on 5/10); there is an additional non-resident fee of $10 per year per child.

Hey Mom & Dad! Let our enthusiastic staff lead your child and friends through an unforgettable birthday party! These popular parties include one hour of non-stop fun, including obstacle courses, gymnastics, pit play, and trampoline and parachute games. Following the activities, you will have your own private room for food and gifts. Parties are 1.5-2 hours long, can accommodate up to 20 party-goers, and start at just $99. Pick up a brochure at the front desk and book your party early; reservations required. Parties are held Sat/Sun; insurance fee included.
