What is the SPGA?


The Stafford Parents Gymnastics Association (SPGA) is the "Booster Club" for the Royals Gymnastics. The sole purpose of the SPGA is to, as a group, support the Royals Team program and their coaches in order to help them attain their goals. Who is involved in the SPGA?
  1. Gym Director
  2. Team coaches
  3. Competitive levels 4-10 and non-competing level 4 parents.
  4. Any other parent in the program who wishes to support to Royals.
Is participation mandatory?

Yes for levels 4 - 10 ; optional for developmental team members and recreational class parents. Are there any membership fees?
No

What type of support does the SPGA provide to team parents?
  1. Collection of your meets fees by the treasurer in advance to assure prompt entry payment.
  2. Raises money to pay coaches' travel expenses and training.
  3. Pays for the teams end of year banquet and individual awards.
  4. Raises funds for special equipment purchases.
The SPGA supports the Royals Team by:
  1. Hosting team banquets and social events.
  2. Hosting all home meets.
  3. Fundraising.
  4. Creating a fun and professional competitive atmosphere.
Stafford Royals Booster Club (SPGA) is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the nurturing of young people through the discipline of competitive gymnastics.
